Rates per night (add taxes for all): Standard One Bed: $99, Standard 2 Bed $105, Deluxe 1 Bed: $115, Executive Suite: $145. Mandatory $50 Pet Fee will be charged AT TIME OF RESERVATION. Airports: TF Green International in Providence (PVD) is 15-20 minutes from the facility. While there is not a hotel shuttle, we may be able to help arrange a ride for you if it coincides with a judge’s flight. Boston's Logan International Airport (BOS) is about 1 hour 15 minutes away, as well.
SIBERIAN BREED SEMINAR: We are thrilled to present a Siberian Breed Seminar on Saturday evening around 5:00pm in the show hall, moderated by TICA Judge Maria Bunina. Please mark your summary sheet or email the entry clerk if you are interested in attending; we are asking for a $10 donation for drinks and light crudite appetizers. We will do dinner after the seminar at the hotel restaurant.
Food: There is no breakfast at the facility, but Dunkin Donuts is across the street. Benjamin's Restaurant is on-site and open for Lunch and Dinner. We will break for 45 minutes for lunch each day. NO LIQUOR IS PERMITTED IN THE SHOW HALL.
Junior Exhibitor Ring: The Junior Exhibitor ring will be held at lunchtime on Saturday, judge Maria Bunina. All exhibitors under the age of 18 are welcome and encouraged to participate! Juniors will present their cat to the judge and the audience and may be asked some basic animal husbandry questions and questions about their breed.
Championship Congresses: All Championship Cats who have not yet earned their Supreme Grand Champion title will be automatically entered into each day's Championship Cat Congress, as a thank you from the club for attending the show. These rings are counted only for title points/finals (not yearly standings points).
Supplies: Litter will be available for exhibitor use. Please bring your own litter trays, and necessary cat food/dishes. PLEASE REMOVE ALL KITTY LITER FROM YOUR ROOMS AND THE SHOW HALL! DO NOT WASH CATS IN HOTEL SINKS
Benching: All spaces are sold in multiples of “double spaces”, 22” by 44”. Personal show cages must fit within this space. Wire cages are available for your use, dimensions are 22”x22”x22” for a single cage (one per entry) and 22”x44”x22” for a double. Two kittens or one cat are permitted in a single cage. All cages must be covered on the top and three sides for the comfort of the cats. Exhibitors wishing end-of-aisle - please be aware that you may not place your grooming tables, coolers, carts, etc. at the end of the aisle due to traffic flow.
Entering the show: Please enter via the TICA show calendar at www.tica.org. The entry clerk can help you make an account and enter if you need assistance. You may enter by filling out an official TICA entry form and summary sheet as well; which the entry clerk can provide. Please pay entry fees within 24 hours of receiving your confirmation. Unless as specified in the TICA Show Rules, CLONE Cat Club will not issue any refunds. Substitutions are free until the closing date; after that, they are at the discretion of show management and are subject to a $25 fee. A fee of $30.00 plus any bank fees will be charged on all checks returned for any reason. Any entry monies owed to Clawsome Cats at the time of check-in must be paid in CASH ONLY; checks/PayPal at the door are assessed an extra $20 fee, only waived with permission of show management.
Kittens: Kittens entered for competition must be at least four months old on the first day of the show. Any other kittens in the hall must be at least three calendar months old on the first day of the show. A TICA litter registration and proof of vaccinations must be available upon request of show management.
Benching: All exhibitors will have assigned benching. Benching requests must be clearly indicated on the summary sheets, and we will try to accommodate all requests. Otherwise, we will try to bench by breed. No one may change their benching without permission of Show Management. No one may leave before the advertised show hours (listed above) without permission from Show Management.
Health Rules: This is a non-vetted cat show. All entries should be up to date on all immunizations; Massachusetts requires all cats over the age of 12 weeks to be vaccinated for rabies. You must be able to produce a rabies certificate for all entries and cats for sale/adoption. Please clip claws (front and back) prior to benching. Any cat showing signs of contagious illness, ear mites, fleas, or fungus will be removed from the show hall as well as any other cats exhibiting from the same household, and all wins will be forfeited. A veterinarian will be on call to examine any such animals at the owner’s expense. HHP adults must be spayed/neutered.
Registration: Household Pets and Household Pet kittens do not need to be registered to compete in their first show. All other cats must either present eligibility to register with TICA or a TICA registration number (Registration required for all New Breeds and Traits). Cats do not need to be registered for their first show, but registration is required for the next show for confirmation of titles and yearly cumulative scoring.
Show Rules & Liability: This show is sanctioned by The International Cat Association and is subject to their Show Rules and Breed Standards. Official show rules may be obtained from TICA, P.O. Box 2964, Harlingen, Texas 78551, (956) 428-8046. By entering, all exhibitors agree to abide by the decisions of the judges and the show committee. CLONE Cat Club, TICA, all hotels used by exhibitors, and Ramada Seekonk-Providence will be held harmless for any damages, claims, losses, etc. of/to the exhibitor and his/her entries.
Awards: CLONE Cat Club will be utilizing the plaque system, in accordance with TICA show rules. Rosettes for plaques will be given for each entry at check-in, and awards given in rings may be placed on these rosettes.
Clerks & Stewards: Please mark your summary sheet or email the entry clerk if you are interested in clerking or stewarding. Clerks will be paid $40 per day and stewards will be paid $25 per day. Free lunch will also be provided. Fees will be paid at the close of the show on Sunday by the Club Treasurer. Please do not deduct clerking fees from your entry fee.
Catalog Advertising: Rates included with show services above. Catalog size is 8 ½ by 11. Please submit ad in .pdf or .jpg format. Please send copy and remittance to entry clerk by entry closing date.
New Exhibitors: We welcome you to the cat fancy, and the CLONE Cat Club show! Please indicate on the summary sheet that this is your first show. You will be sent a flyer detailing information that will need to know. You may also request to be benched with an experienced exhibitor if you so desire.
